Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education? Knowing about the vast opportunities MSU has to offer (METP being one of them), I knew that I had to experience them for myself. Several of my friends have/are attending MSU and have nothing but incredible things to say about the university. In terms of why I want to pursue education, I realized that helping others not just learn but understand and experience the world around them was a dream that I had ever since the 8th grade. Knowing that about myself has led me to where I am now: eager to get into my very own classroom and share the knowledge and lessons that I have grown to love and cherish. 

What do you want people to know about you? I pride myself on how eager I am to learn. I always like to say, “The moment I stop learning, is the moment I stop growing as a person.” Once I find something I find interesting and encapsulating, I will stop at nothing to learn as much as I can.
