Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education?

I decided to come to MSU because everyone has always been so welcoming. When I came to visit for the College of Education preview day in the spring to learn more about my major, I just knew it was the right place for me. 

What do you want people to know about you?

Both of my parents are teachers, and that is how I became interested in teaching. I enjoy listening to music, especially Taylor Swift. I like to be involved in things and make new friends.

What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school?

Getting involved with things that interest you is how you will make some of your closest friends.
