Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education?

I have always wanted to become an educator and the College of Education at MSU is phenomenal. The environment of the campus and people that go to MSU is what helped me decide to attend here.

What do you want people to know about you?

I have always loved school even when I struggle. The idea of being able to learn new things excites me, which is why I want to be an educator to share that with others. I enjoy spending my free time with friends. I believe it is important to surround yourslef with many people who care for you so that you always have someone to go to in a time of need instead of dealing with things yourself. I also enjoy being involved in church and wathching Netflix.

What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school?

Always work your hardest and never give up. You may enter tough times, but remember to always push through and work towards a bright future for yourself. Self dedication and those you surround yourself with during your freshman year will be a major impact into the rest of your college experience and successes.
