Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education?

The year that I learned algebra is the year math became my worst nightmare.  However, my math teachers in high school made this nightmare go away, and it became my favorite subject. The impact they made on me is a big reason why I want to become a teacher. I hope to be able to do the same for other students!

What do you want people to know about you?

I love to swim, make friendship bracelets/keychains, and meet new friends!

What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school?

My advice to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school would be to stay prepared/on top of things and to relax. It may all be really stressful in the beginning, but it does get better. Make sure to make time for yourself as well and you've got it!
