Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education?

Both of my parents are State alumni, and when I think of Starkville, I think of home. I know State will go above and beyond to prepare me for not only life but how to impact my future students and give them all the tools they need to succeed.

What do you want people to know about you?

I am so excited to pursue education here at Mississippi State!

What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school?

Live in the moment. High school was the absolute best time of my life because I found things I loved and became involved with it! No matter what your interests are, find something to be a part of. Go to that football game, lose your voice at the pep rally, go to Sonic after a big win to celebrate, and don't forget to study! Just enjoy your time there, because those four years go by a lot quicker than you think.
