Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education?

Many of my relatives attended MSU and LOVED it. I have always gone there for football games and other reasons, and the campus feels like home. Everyone welcomes new students as family and that's exactly the type of atmosphere I wanted in a university.

What do you want people to know about you?

I am fun loving, energetic, and always up for a challenge. I absolutely love being around kids and shaping them into the person they are meant to be. I am so excited to officially become a bulldog and a part of the METP family!

Who has had the biggest impact on your life? Why?

My mom has had the biggest impact on my life. She has shaped me into who I am and she has helped me through so much along the way. She is my role model and the one I look up to every day. She has shown me through her own teaching career that this is exactly where I am supposed to be and what I am supposed to do with my life. She is my true inspiration.
